Stay away from this Hotel. Not worth the price.

Only good thing is it's close to BTS line

The Rooms are dirty. We have our first room change. Because it was smelly. And the was ceiling is leaking. So we end up changing room. But it was the same. Small bathroom. Small balcony. Dirty. The breakfast was a joke . Dirty restaurant. Food was not that good at all. Pictures on the website are not the same on real life. And you pay 500 baht deposit.

Closer to station

Requested a double bed couldn't Gerry one without upgrading and paying double the price. The rooms were so bare and unappealing. Air con took forever to make the room comfortable. Only got 1 key for the room. Breakfast was expensive so didn't do it. Rooms looks nothing like the advertised photos. I could go on.

Really comfortable stay especially after 5 hours travelling.

Very good value ...close to sky train...7/11 around the corner...as usual !

Debate about the room I booked. Needed and booked a double but offered a twin on check in...small print pointed out to me re room at their choice. Brief debate and all sorted. Really all very good.

It's an OK place to stay when you're just planning to sleep at night and tour the entire day.

I liked that the hotel is inclusive of buffet style breakfast. In addition, its just a few meters away from the BTS station. Just take note that their location isn't that near to popular shopping areas and doesn't have many options (food, shopping, pharmacies etc) as hotels near Nana station. You get what you pay for.

The staff was not that helpful considering the nature of their job entails hospitality. To add, the overall facilities were not that great especially the air condition unit. The unit seems to be old in appearance and performance. Hence, the unit was noisy and it would not make the room cold enough--I was literally sweating when I was packing my clothes around 10 am. For a budget hotel, I didn't expect much but was still surprised at how poor the aircon was.

Staff should be advised to take care of guests

Location ok good for business trip.

Night duty staff are not cooperative including the security at property. I reached property at 2 am for check-in, security was busy in watching videos at his mobile. Anyone can walk in he will not ask. Front office person aslo not wake up form his seat and given proper care guidance to reach the room

overall, it has been an excellent experience together

Look- front desk is the main impression. You need someone who can tackle the multinational languages to different nationalities. that was lacking there. rest its good experience and i am coming with my wife in 8 months again and hope to get special discount for couple. Regards

i did not like the behavious of the staff as they were always frightened to deal international traveler . May be Language Barrier. But thats for sure that you need a good communicator in staff. Further a Gym and Swimming pool will be appreciated highly

By far the worst experience!

It was close to the station.

The lady at the desk was so rude to me she made me feel uncomfortable. As a solo traveller Iv never experienced such disrespect. She asked me for 500 baht deposit and I didn’t have it because I was flying home the next morning and I only had enough cash to pay for the room. I asked if I could pay by card and she shouted at me and pulled a weird face. She didn’t let me pay by card but she let me off the 500 for deposit. No hello, thank you or goodbye just anger. I was put in the worst room, the bathroom was full of mould and rust, I didn’t dare shower. Dirt and stains all over the walls and furniture. I was too scared to ask to change rooms so I just went straight to sleep and got out of there early. Although it is very close to the underground station be aware that you have to change for the airport link, Wich takes you further into the centre. My mistake was I stayed here thinking it was a short train ride to suvarnhabhumi but actually I could have stayed somewhere nicer and closer to the centre.

Bathroom is look scary. Balcony is dirty and window is not clean. The hotel pictures are look so nice but the hotel is so old and It doesn't look like hotel. The door lock is terrible, not safe at all.

Bad Experience

We liked nothing about this property, except that it is close to the BTS Punnawithi station. The hotel is a 30 minute taxi ride from Don Mueang airport.

We were 2 families with kids who travelled and had two rooms booked for a holiday in Bangkok. This is nothing good to write about. Following are the issues we had with this property. - Location is away from every interesting place. This is sort of acceptable because they can't move the hotel and we had a choice to make and we chose the hotel knowing where it is located. - Showers in both the rooms hardly worked. They were not good enough to have decent showers - The toilet pots were old and not the best. The saving grace is we did not find them to be unhygienic - The AC was loud - There were cockroaches and ants in the room - The staff is very unfriendly to the extent of being rude - Breakfast is not good. Very limited options, food is cold and not replenished properly when the food is over - No good restaurants nearby To sum up, avoid this property.
